At Oriental Lights, we do our best to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. However, it may happen that you wish to return or withdraw your order.
Returning or withdrawing your order
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after receiving it, without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product.
Once we have received your return shipment in good condition, you will receive a full refund of the order amount, including the original shipping costs, provided that the complete order has been returned undamaged.
The costs for returning the package from your address to our webshop are at your own expense.
If you make use of your right of withdrawal, we kindly request that you return the product — if reasonably possible — in its original condition, undamaged, and including any accessories and original packaging.
