We carefully & professionally wrap and package your lamp or decorative item, to protect it from the elements until it arrives at your place. Thanks for shopping with us and enjoy your purchase!

We ship a.s.a.p. & worldwide!. For deliveries to countries outside the EU, additional costs may be charged in the form of tariffs or import duties that will be passed on to you as the buyer. If the total weight exceeds 30 kg, we will contact you regarding the shipping costs.

Delivery time

We try to ship orders as quickly as possible. Sometimes products are not in stock and then the delivery of your order may take a little longer. If for whatever reason we are unable to meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.

Delivery method

Your package will be delivered by DHL, DPD or Post NL. In all cases, we will send you a Track & Trace code with which you can track the package. We can have packages delivered via the website in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. You can contact us for delivery to other countries.

Shipping costs

The stated prices are exclusive of shipping costs. Shipping costs are:

Please note! the costs for returning are at your own expense.

If there is demonstrable wear or damage to the returned item, we are entitled to offset that damage with the amount to be refunded. If in a specific case the product really can no longer be sold at all or is really worthless, we can refuse the returned item and/or decide not to refund any money.
