Delivery

Returns
You have the opportunity to cancel your order within 14 days after the delivery date. After cancellation you have another 14 days to ship your order back to us. We’ll refund you within 5 business days after we receive the cancelled order at our shipment center.

Oriental Lights reserves the right to deny returns or (partial) refunds if we suspect that damages and wear and tear have occurred outside our fault or responsibility.
