Third: A montage manual is included as well as a warranty certificate with a duration of 6 months. Glass fracturing is not included as part of our warranty.

We’ve shown pictures of the ceiling lights in the on as well as off position, in order for you to tell the difference. All ceiling lights are handcrafted from shards of glass mosaic. Returns
You have the opportunity to cancel your order within 14 days after the delivery date. After cancellation you have another 14 days to ship your order back to us. We’ll refund you within 5 business days after we receive the cancelled order at our shipment center.

Oriental Lights reserves the right to deny returns or (partial) refunds if we suspect that damages and wear and tear have occurred outside our fault or responsibility. Subsequently we will deduct the devaluation occurred to the good(s) from the grand total that we received. You will receive your (remaining) refund within 5 business days.
