Delivery

Our fine products are delivered worldwide by the appropriate couriers. Shipping expenses are calculated during checkout.

We provide you with a track & trace number, which shows you the status of your shipment. In case you are still concerned, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Delivery during bussiness days:

After you place your order we will process it a quickly as possible. In normal circumstances this will take 1-2 business days. However, if you have a rush order, please let us know during checkout, by leaving us a note in the “comments” input section.

Returns

You have the opportunity to cancel your order within 14 days after the delivery date. After cancellation you have another 14 days to ship your order back to us. We’ll refund you within 5 business days after we receive the cancelled order at our shipment center.

Please provide us with your order number. Oriental Lights reserves the right to deny returns or (partial) refunds if we suspect that damages and wear and tear have occurred outside our fault or responsibility. Subsequently we will deduct the devaluation occurred to the good(s) from the grand total that we received. You will receive your (remaining) refund within 5 business days.
